SAVOT 2.0 is available

Hello,

A new version of the SAVOT (Simple Access to VOTable) parser is available.
This new version is based on the VOTable 1.1 final draft. ( it is still able to parse VOTable 1.0 ) The previous SAVOT web page is deprecated and SAVOT is now maintained on the Developer's corner page.
