This is correct. While VOResource schemas are in development, we use the ivoa-based namespace even before it is posted (and just use schemaLocation as necessary). This (hopefully) results in less interruption for the prototypers when we move to the phase of a posted working draft.

BTW, as an example, refer to http://www.ivoa.net/xml/VOResource/v0.9; this namespace URI resolves as a URL to the XSD.

Thanks, Marco. This is not a big deal, but in the future, we should probably not post schemas to the standards area until the schema editor makes a specific request. This allows them to control the vetting a bit more and reduce the number of times they have to knock at your door.
