No problem for Aladin VOTable parsing if there is an ID attribut in TR element.

No more problem if we will remove totally COOSYS element and replace by another definition. As a lot of VOTable readers, Aladin assumes that VOTable are always in J2000 (thanks VizieR which computes for me these values if they are missing). When we will have set definitively the coordinate frame definition, I will improve Aladin to support it.
