TOPCAT version 3.0 release

This is to announce the release of TOPCAT version 3.0.

The new release includes some significant visualisation enhancements along with other improvements and fixes.

Headline items are:

• Error bars
• Auxiliary (coloured) axes
• Optional weighting in histograms and density maps
• Choice of colour maps in density map plotting
• Save/import of tables resulting from histogram and statistics calculations
• Quantile calculations in the statistics window
• GAVO load dialogue giving access to the Millennium simulation database
• Column and parameter values can be referenced by name or UCD in expressions

Some of these are items that users have been asking for for some while. If that means you, then thank you for (a) your input and (b) your patience.

Any feedback, bug reports, etc are very welcome. If anyone comes across particular science which the new features make easier/possible, or which make for especially nice screenshots I would also be very grateful to hear about it.
