VOTable schema

Dear VOTablers,

I forgot to say -- the new schema (VOTable1.2 beta) is available from   http://www.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/IvoaVOTable/VOTable-beta.xsd

It was tested against several code generators, and seems to work well. It takes into account the changes discussed at the Beijing meeting (INFO which can be in several locations, deprecation of COOSYS, etc)

I would appreciate any report on difficulties or problems.
